Chad and Kimberly Kloha founded Kloha Contracting in 1998 and since then have emerged as a leading builder in the Great Lakes Bay Region. We have constructed hundreds of homes ranging from 1,200 to 11,000 square feet.
Kloha Contracting has also completed dozens of remodels and additions as well as light commercial construction. We care about our customer’s needs and are flexible to work with.

Rich is the job site manager for new home and remodel projects. He has been with Kloha Contracting since 2009.
Rich obtained his associates degree in construction management and is a licensed builder.
Rich enjoys working directly with the homeowner to ensure they love their new home!
Brittany Levinson joined Kloha Properties as the office manager in 2011.
Her twenty-year background in accounting, human resources and business management made her transition into property and office management an easy one.
In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, gardening and spending time outdoors with her family.
Chris heads up the property management maintenance of the rental units and assists with new construction.
When not working he enjoys spending time with his family.
